02 / THE APPROACH
Your car.
My attention.
SSZ is built by Zay, an automotive enthusiast focused on thoughtful detailing and photography. From your daily driver to your long-term project, the goal is simple: careful work that you can see and feel.
A personal reason to give back.
I’m Isaiah, also known as Zay. I spent time in foster care before being adopted at two years old in St. Petersburg, Florida. That part of my story is why supporting children in foster care matters to me.
As I build SSZ, I plan to donate a small percentage of proceeds to local foster homes in North Carolina, near Greensboro and Summerfield. I’m still choosing the recipients and finalizing the percentage, and I’ll share those details here once they’re confirmed.

THE FINER DETAILS
Good to know.
Is light pet hair included?
Yes. Light pet hair is included in Interior Reset and SSZ Complete. Heavy or embedded hair requiring substantial extra work is typically $40–$80 additional. Severe buildup starts at $100, quoted beforehand.
What could change my starting price?
Vehicle condition, heavy sand or mud, extensive stain treatment, and specialty work can affect your quote. No additional work is performed without your approval. Extraction is assessed separately; complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
When can I book?
You can request Friday through Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are closed. Requests must be for a future date; choose an available start time in the booking form. Your request is reviewed before confirmation.
Are paint correction and coatings included?
No. Machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings require a separate assessment and quote. Exterior Refine includes spray sealant protection.
Where does the service take place?
SSZ serves the Greensboro and Summerfield area. We agree on a suitable location and any water, electricity, travel, or weather requirements before confirming your appointment.
